Dark Souls Comic brought to life by Alan Quah

Space Goat Productions artist Alan Quah (Godzilla Awakening, Orphan Black) will be teaming up with George Mann (Doctor Who: The 11th Doctor) on Titan’s Dark Souls Comic. It will be based off of the popular Namco-Bandai video game which has sold over 8 million copies. The Dark Souls comic will be telling stories from within the universe of the game and will feature five variant covers, including a blank sketch cover, two game art variants and two by artists Joshua Cassara and Marco Turini. According to writer George Mann: “I’m ‘dead’ excited to be working on this new series (see what I did, there), Dark Souls has a rich, original universe that’s just begging to be explored in comics, and I’m honoured to have the opportunity to delve in and tell some new stories within it. I’ve been a fan of the games for some time, so it’s a real thrill to be able to contribute to the mythology of the Hollows and their world.” The Dark Souls comic’s release will coincide with the release of the third game in April of 2016, and has already been covered by news sites like Forbes, IGN, Bleeding Cool and PC Gamer.
